The first thing we noticed about the sandwich was the beautifully pink roast beef. It was juicy, tender and had still retained the essence and taste of the beef. It was paired with the Basil Pesto sauce, which was light, flavourful and complimented the roast beef perfectly. The caramelised onions were a nice finish, it gave that added crunch and texture. Lots of flavour, straight-forwarded plating – an awesome sandwich indeed! The best way to complete your meal is a slice of cheesecake and a cup of cuppa by the side.
