Milligram Coffee & Eatery
Conventional spaghetti or fettuccine are getting boring. Why not try out a serving of rustic mac and cheese with a bacon twist instead? Milligram Cafe's approach towards this particular dish seemed fairly "Jamie Oliver-ish" and that is a great thing. The flavours are absolutely delicious while the cheese helps bind each macaroni together, giving it that depth of taste and body. Apart from the stunning plating style, the mac and cheese also comes with a side of toast served with a sunny side up.
Wake Me Up Cafe
Closer Kitchen & Espresso Bar
Closer Kitchen & Espresso Bar is a stunning looking cafe that resembles a lot like a modern office. With copious amount of glass used along with black steel frame, it surely does set the mood for some work. What better way to pair that with then a serving of well-seasoned and nicely cooked pasta? Not to mention the generous used of scallops in a tomato base sauce. It is absolutely delicious!
Paradiso

A plate of aglio olio pasta is a classic and one can never go wrong in serving one. Likewise Paradiso's seafood aglio olio, a spoonful of the lean pasta is handful. The classic herbally taste of oregano and spices is evident to the tongue and does not disappoint its eater. The few pieces well cooked prawns do justice to the whole aftertaste. A mouthful of one is more than enough with a complete plating of cuts of sun dried tomatoes as a finishing.

Spitalfield's
Cafe Lafayette

This simple and humble serving of creamy tomato base spaghetti is truly one of a kind. Do not be fooled by the looks of it as the dish packs in a whole lot of flavour. There is a rich essence of seafood beneath the cream and acidity of the tomato sauce. Really well balanced, pasta is cooked perfectly and the chunks of salmon are certainly generous.
The Good Batch
Coffee Sprex
There is sufficient variety in terms of the pastas available at Coffee Sprex. Whether it is something simpler like the Spicy Joe, or the restaurant’s signature “Stewie”, there is a lot to go around when Coffee Sprex deals with this Italian classic. The Spicy Joe pasta certainly hits the right notes. It is rich and flavourful just like a plate of pasta should be. The sweetness, and tangy flavour of the tomatoes go well with the pasta, while the spiciness doesn’t overwhelm it; overall providing a very balanced dish. The “Stewie” on the other hand is a slightly different package. A lighter pork stew base is used as the sauce for this pasta dish, which works surprisingly well with the pasta. The pieces of pork ribs help add richness and texture to the dish, which help to elevate the dish further. Overall, Coffee Sprex is more than capable of serving up a great plate of pasta.
Tea Verandah

Rail Canteen
CERTIFIED HALAL
Although Rail Canteen is famous for the local cuisine, they have recently introduce their western variant which of course, includes the most basic spaghetti bolognese. The sauce is done with chicken mince and a rich tomato base which is well-seasoned and flavourful. Finish with a sprinkle of grated cheese, the spaghetti bolognese is pretty good.
Polpetta
The Aglio Olio here might seem run of the mill, but looks can be pretty deceiving when it comes to food. Sprinkled with speckles of chilli flakes, parsley, and herbs; the dish is filled with balmy hints, while the mushrooms are full of firm and chewy textures. Pasta is also cooked al dente for a tantalizing bite!
The PASTA CART n Street Gourmet Grill

If you're looking for something affordable and delicious around Kota Damansara, this is definitely one place you would have to try. Similar to the Little Fat Duck but with a little more premium-taste to it. The Pasta Cart N Street Gourmet GRILL is actually two different stalls under the same entity, offering its customers a wide range of western cuisine at an incredibly low price. The bolognese and carbonara here may look simple and cheap, but the flavours are definitely worth going for.
Pasta Boy Cafe
Famous for their chicken chop and Tofu Cheese Cake, their primary meals are still, obviously, pastas. Pasta Boy Cafe serves an array of beautifully crafted pasta bathed with gratifying sauce. Pasta cravers will indeed find this place an absolute heaven. Other than their best-sellings such as Salmon Pasta and Prawn Spaghetti, Pasta Boy Cafe also offers Mama Spaghetti Aglio (caters to those who like their pastas spicy) and Vegetarian Pasta Aglio (for vegetarians).
